A role can only be deleted from the system if it has a status of Pending and has not been attached to a position or person.
Deleting a role from the Global organization will delete it from the Global organization and all Local organizations. Deletion of Global roles can only be performed from the Global organization.
From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
In the User Management section, click Role. Result: The Roles window is displayed.
Check the checkbox of the role to be deleted.
Click Action > Delete.
Click the OK button to confirm the deletion. Result: The role has been removed from the system.
