Deleting Roles

The following rules apply when deleting a role:

 

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the User Management section, click Role.
    Result: The Roles window is displayed.
  4. Check the checkbox of the role to be deleted.
  5. Click Action > Delete.
  1. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.
    Result: The role has been removed from the system.
